About

My performing has included the Cabrillo Music Festival, the Stanford Chamber Orchestra, the Rosa Montoya Flamenco Dance Company, a solo CD, Two Arts, and two CDs produced by the Connecticut Guitar Society - Romantic Reverie and New England Landscapes.

My commercial performing has included the Hotel Bel-Air Beverly Hills and Saks Fifth Avenue, and I've worked as a backing musician, including gigs with Dave Brubeck and Mel Carter.

I also owned a guitar shop, ran elementary and middle school creative arts programs, and managed a community music school.

I have a degree from the San Francisco Conservatory and performed in master classes of John Duarte and Jose Tomas. I also studied guitar making for a year with luthier Fred Clarke and built the guitar pictured here.
